Trademarks

The names of companies and products mentioned anywhere on the site may be a trademark or intellectual property. Their use anywhere in the site is acknowledged.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the WritersServices Management. 

Your copyright

WritersServices does not claim ownership of the materials you send us. We assume that you have the right to send the work to us. You will defend any action and indemnify WritersServices and its suppliers from any claim arising from a breach of this trust.

Web links let you leave the WritersServices site.  You acknowledge that these linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the policy, contents or operation. Providing a link to a site does not imply any endorsement or association with the operators. 

Our Copyright

The site and its contents are the copyright of WritersServices. Much of the material is produced with permission and in most cases this is acknowledged. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by WritersServices.

Procedure for notifying Copyright Infringement

If material over which you claim the copyright appears on the site, please let us know. Check out the procedures for copyright infringement. The US Code 17, Section 512, requires that notifications of alleged copyright infringement be sent to the Service Provider's Agent. Details of the service provider are listed but we would like you to tell us so that we can investigate and sort out any problem . Another useful link to the Copyright Licensing Agency.

Manuscripts

• We do not accept paper-based copies of manuscripts, except by prior arrangement. Neither can we accept responsibility for any paper document that is sent to WritersServices.
• We keep copies of your work on our computer servers for up to 5 years. 
• We reserve the right to decline to handle work that does not reach a professional standard of content or presentation.

We have a simple set of rules for work that we will not handle. This in not a matter of censorship but what is legal or socially acceptable.  See reserving our rights.
