Beginning Jan 2009 the agency will only be accepting submissions via email to the following address: info@rsila.com. The subject line should clearly indicate the words 'submissions query' Please include a cover letter with your proporsal.  If you are submitting a work of fitction, then please include one or two complete chapters only.

Consideration time isusually between 6-8 weeks. Please be aware that this is a small agency, however, and we thank you for your patience.
