How did lockdown change the way you do your job? Not to be indelicate, but the lockdown was f*cking horrible for me in so many ways. Everything fun about being an editor to me is in the meeting incredible agents and authors, going to launches and discussing exciting books and campaigns with my colleagues. I think lockdown has made my job more flexible and working from home a more common thing, which is great! But other than that I would say since lockdown ended, we've just got the fun bits back.
