Don't Let Them Tell You How to Grieve - Gina Claye

What people say

‘Gina Claye’s poems explore the strong emotions experienced by those who grieve - feelings that can leave people very isolated. As a bereavement support worker with Cruse, when someone shares a feeling with me which is reflected in one of these poems, I give them that poem to read. They find comfort in knowing they are not alone in their struggle to live with such painful and overwhelming emotions. It takes courage to grieve, and these poems make one very aware of that.’
